Cookery Lessons
Short intensive courses on how to prepare, cook and serve food - These are normally carried out in my kitchen but can be done at a clients' premises (subject to distance).

Buffet Services
A full range of buffet services are provided with the highest available standards of both cuisine and service. All buffets are produced using only the best, fresh ingredients in season, avoiding any genetically modified commodities, convenience or frozen foods.

Menu Planning
If you're having problems in deciding what to cook for a forthcoming event, allow me to make it stress free and plan a menu for you. The menu can be both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
