My name is Katie Goodwin, I am a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and I have a background of over 20 years in the Catering Industry.

This knowledge has enabled me to offer a variety of catering services as well as professional advice on many food matters.

I have just had my book published: "The No Frills Vegetarian" and have produced this web site to continue in my work.

Over the years, I have had many people enquiring how and what to cook when preparing food for both 'veggies' and 'fleshies'. My inspiration for creating this site, and the book, was to help everyone in integrating and harmonising those occasions and to enable meatless cuisine to appeal to all.
